The page Law was created bye the Senate and House Representatives. It is against Chinese women who is going for prostitution. It is saying if the Chinese women i America was prostitution they would have been in jail for 5 years and pay 5000 dollars. It also talk about if you have a crim in China you can't come to America, you would have to go back to China. I think that't not fair because in China is different than in America so if they did something wrong they could have changed already. What if the whites did something wrong are they going to be out of the United States so i think this law is unfair to Chinese.

This law was also aimed at the Chinese. This law was created by the Senate and the House of Representatieves. The law is about Chinese that must get licensed in the U.S. before going to America and getting a certificate. I think this law is unfair too because the Chinese must get permission to come to America. BUt how are they suppose to get permission when they are all the way in China. The Chinese need their certificate when they board America but they won't have them and they will be deported back to China. :o

The Page Law that was passed by the Congress restricted prostitutions in America. If they found out that if anyone was trying to bring these women to America for these purposes, they would be guilty and would have a fine of up to 5 years in prison and a fine of 5000 dollars. Since the Chinese had different laws in China, they wouldn’t know what was wrong in America so when they come to America, they wouldn’t know that prostitution wasn’t allowed. Such as if Africans had different laws back in Africa but they didn’t know something they did that was right in Africa was wrong in America, they would be arrested also. The Chinese didn’t know beforehand that they had different laws in America so it is unfair to the Chinese.

The Page law was created by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America. It restricted the importation of women for purposes of prostitution. All contracts, agreements to the importation of women for prostitution are illegal and void. Those who bring prostitutes to the U.S., they have committed a crime and felony and be imprisoned minimum of five years and pay a fine no more than five thousand dollars. The Page law is also stopping people who did a crime in their country to come to America. Every boat or transportation would be inspected and transporting illegal people would be a crime. This law should be in power in all the countries. Prostitution is just not right. America also doesn’t want criminals because if there were criminals in America, people’s lives would be in danger.

The page law was about stopping the chinese for going to prostitution. Anyone doing that would be fined. But then they didn't had that kind of law in China. So when the Chinese came to America they continued prostitution and then they were fined thousands of dollars. America doesn't want to let in one criminal from another country to come or every single lives in America would be at risk. Prostitution is considered a crime.
